Parliament consists of chosen members. Parliament has assembly once a year, or when it is needed.

Elected by Assembly, proposed by Governing Body. Elected for a period of 5 years. Schedules and monitors conference meetings.

Has five members. Founders are members of Governing Body. President and Secretary General of the Association are members of the Governing Body. Controls work of Executive Board, President and Secretary General. Appointed by President and Secretary General of the Association.

Consists of working staff of the Association President of the SA SME and Secretary General are members of the Executive Board President. Director of the Institute is a member of the Executive Board. President of the Committee for Local and Regional Development is a member of the Executive Board. Decisions made by the President of the Association and Secretary General with authorization of President of the Asssociation and Governing Body.

Has 3 members appointed by Parliament. Has control of specific fees Reporting in writing to Parliament once a year, if and when needed
