Institute SA
SME is an organization unite of SA
SME specialized for a support for small and
medium enterprises (SME) members of SA
SME, and others.
MISSION
The mission of Institute SA SMP is to
promote and apply in practice, through his programme,
the ideas of entrepreneurship and to give a support to
the development of SME's, in that way helps the
realization of the SA SME's goals.
ACTIVITIES
The mains
activities of Institute SA SME are:
(I) to
offer consulting services to the entrepreneur, owners
and to the managers of SME's;
(II) preparing
and training potentials and existing entrepreneurs,
owners and managers SME;
(III) the
organizations of consulting, seminars, round tables,
etc.;
(IV) The
publishing the education material, the results of
researches, etc;
(V) exploring
of the SME sector
(VI) development
and coordination of the labor of network of regional and
local education and development centers in the territory
of Republic of Serbia.
Precisely, in this
group of activity, Institute offers next services:
(I)Consulting services
: making of business plans, the
advancement of dealing, organizing of the enterprises
and several business functions ( marketing, finances,
counting and etc.), introducing and commercializing the
new products, development of the canal of sale and
distribution for clients, continually following the
market for the concretes customers, the implantation of
the information systems, preparing and organizing the
business negotiations, making(preparing) the study of
feasibility of investments projects, preparation the
demand for credits for clients, etc;
(II) Education and training:
educational instruction seminars and
trainings for different categories of users, like: the
trainers of regional and local educational and
development centers; owners, managers and employers in
SME, public employees, others;
(III) The organization of consulting,
seminars, round tables and etc. About
special current topics, the organization of seminars in
order to present the results of the work of Institute SA
SME and of other partner's organizations.
(IV) Publishing
activity - the publishing of practical and
popular files for education and needs for advancement in
business (references book, pamphlet, softer and others),
like also the publishing of the results of researches of
Institute SA SME, partner's organizations and others
consulting researching organizations;
(V)Exploring the
sector of SME informing, development of
the data information about SME, analyzing the effects of
economic- systemic decisions and the economical politic
dealing in the sector of SME, suggestion new values of
economic politic
(VI)Development and coordination of
the labor of network of regional and local education and
development centers in the territory of Republic of
Serbia foundation and support the
development of capacity of regional and local
educational and development centers, the coordination of
there work, the inducing the cooperation of regional and
local centers with others entrepreneurs and associations
of entrepreneurs of local community, inducing the
development of service providers, and others;
USERS SERVICES
The services
of Institute are intended for (I) entrepreneurs, more
exactly for SME members of SA SME, but also to others
enterprises (II) Government body's and the figure of
state administration on the different levels and (III)
expert and science public.
